1. This warranty is valid for 12 months except for battery packs and chargers which is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase of the mobile set.

2. The warranty is applicable only on software and manufacturing defects.

3. The warranty does not cover in accessories (i.e. data cable, memory card, earphone etc.), any physical damage to mobile set.

4. External parts are not covered under the warranty.

5. The warranty will not be extended if the mobile has been tampered with, altered of serviced by other agency not authorized by the company.

6. The warranty will be valid only if the set IMEI no. matches with the warranty card Model no/IMEI no.

7. The warranty is not applicable if the mobile set is damaged due to excessive moisture or liquid entering the internal circuits (e.g. by dropping it into water) or if the circuit is burnt because of voltage fluctuations.

8. It is the sole responsibility of customer to take data back up before submitting the set for service. The service centre will not be responsible for any loss of existing data in the set during the service.

9. The foregoing is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.
